A design that creates two new properties that fit into the context of the site with a modern aesthetic. The proposed new construction will utilise materials and details as proposed for Approved House 1. This reflects elements of coastal design and eco design seen around Devon and the massing will fit within the parameters of the sites context. The forward nature of the property allows this addition to showcase its architect led design.
