Mixed Use Development, Exmouth

A mixed use development comprising 14, two and three bedroom waterside apartments and three shop units with associated external works. A sensitively designed sustainable development in a key location, The Point is located by the estuary with direct frontage onto the Exmouth’s sea front, maximising the coastal views. The objective was to create an appropriate balanced visual building for Exmouth which can provide new development in this location.
